Our coaching focuses on real-life strength and sustainable behavior change
— not quick fixes or burnout cycles.
This program is designed for high-achieving women who are tired of starting over and want a smarter, more supportive way to get strong and stay strong.
Led by Sami Pham, NASM-certified personal trainer and Behavior Change Specialist, SGF offers in-person training, digital guides, and challenges to help you build routines that actually last — in the gym and in real life.
