At Sami Grace, we believe Consistency > Intensity.

Our Strength & Grace Method provides a proprietary coaching system designed specifically for women who are done with 'all-or-nothing' fitness. Through our three pillars: Sustainable Strength, The Grace Protocol, and Professional Coaching, we help you build the physical capability and real-life confidence to thrive in midlife and beyond. Our group sessions are capped at 10 people max so you get the attention of personal training and the energy of a group.
